Problem

Prove that GG is a solvable group if and only if GG has a series of subgroups G=Pn⊃Pn−1⊃⋯⊃P1⊃P0={e}G = P_n \supset P_{n-1} \supset \cdots \supset P_1 \supset P_0 = \{e\} where PiP_i is normal in Pi+1P_{i+1} and the order of Pi+1/PiP_{i+1}/P_i is prime.
