Problem

Suppose (X,S,μ)(X, \mathcal{S}, \mu) is a measure space and f:X→Cf : X \to \mathbf{C} is an S\mathcal{S}-measurable function such that ∫∣f∣ dμ<∞\int |f| \, d\mu < \infty. Prove that if α∈C\alpha \in \mathbf{C}, then ∫αf dμ=α∫f dμ.\int \alpha f \, d\mu = \alpha \int f \, d\mu.
