Problem

Two identical point charges travel in vacuum, each with its velocity perpendicular to the line joining it to point Q. Charge X moves at 3.0×106 m/s3.0\times10^{6}\,\text{m/s}, and charge Y moves at 1.0×106 m/s1.0\times10^{6}\,\text{m/s}. Both are the same distance from Q. Which charge produces the larger magnetic field magnitude at Q, and by what factor compared with the other?
