A car starts from rest and moves in a straight line with uniform acceleration. In the first 20 s it covers a distance of 400 m.
a. (i) Calculate the magnitude of the acceleration of the car.
b. (ii) Determine the speed of the car at the end of the 20 s interval.
c. (iii) If immediately after this interval the car continues to travel for a further 10 s with the speed obtained in part (ii), find the total distance covered in the first 30 s from the start.
