Problem

A conical heap of wheat has a base radius of 3 m3\,\text{m} and a height of 2 m2\,\text{m}. The wheat is spread uniformly over a circular floor to form a right circular cylindrical layer whose base has a diameter of 6 m6\,\text{m}. (i) Find the volume of the conical heap. (ii) Determine the height of the cylindrical layer formed on the floor. (iii) If the wheat is then packed into identical bags each having a capacity of 0.05 m30.05\,\text{m}^3, calculate the number of full bags that can be filled.
