Problem

A pumping station in the city maintains a pressure of 5 atm in the water pipe on the first floor level. Determine (neglecting the friction of the fluid flow) the velocity of the jet of water flowing from the taps on the first, second, and third floors if the taps on each subsequent floor are 4 m higher than the taps on the previous floor. To which floor will the water no longer flow up the plumbing?
