Problem

A square park has side 30 m. A path of uniform width 2 m is laid all around inside the park. At each corner of the path, the square corner is replaced by a quarter-circle of radius 2 m (so that the inner boundary of the path becomes a smooth curve). Find the area of this path. Take π=227\pi = \dfrac{22}{7}.
