The velocity of a cart at various instants is recorded in the table below. Time (s)(\text{s}) Velocity (m/s)(\text{m/s}) 0 12 3 18 6 18 10 6 Answer the following: (i) Calculate the average acceleration of the cart for the entire interval from t=0 st = 0\,\text{s} to t=10 st = 10\,\text{s}. (ii) Compute the average acceleration separately for the intervals (a) 0–3 s0\text{–}3\,\text{s}, (b) 3–6 s3\text{–}6\,\text{s}, and (c) 6–10 s6\text{–}10\,\text{s}. (iii) On the basis of your answers to part (ii), state whether the cart is moving with uniform acceleration. Give a brief reason. a.
