Problem

A beam of spin-1 particles, moving along the yy axis, is incident on two collinear SG apparatuses, the first with B\mathbf{B} along the zz axis and the second with B\mathbf{B} along the z′z' axis, which lies in the xx-zz plane at an angle θ\theta relative to the zz axis. Both apparatuses transmit only the uppermost beams. What fraction leaving the first will pass the second?
