Problem

Suppose u,v∈Vu, v \in V and ∥u∥≤1\|u\| \leq 1 and ∥v∥≤1\|v\| \leq 1. Prove that 1−∥u∥21−∥v∥2≤1−∣⟨u,v⟩∣.\sqrt{1 - \|u\|^2}\sqrt{1 - \|v\|^2} \leq 1 - |\langle u, v \rangle|.
