Problem

Let pp, mm, and nn be positive integers and FF a field. Let VV be the space of m×nm \times n matrices over FF and WW the space of p×np \times n matrices over FF. Let BB be a fixed p×mp \times m matrix and let TT be the linear transformation from VV into WW defined by T(A)=BAT(A) = BA. Prove that TT is invertible if and only if p=mp = m and BB is an invertible m×mm \times m matrix.
