Two light rays of same wavelength and amplitudes and which are initially in phase travel through different media. Ray 1 travels through air and Ray 2 through a transparent medium for equal length LL, in four different situations. In each situation, the two rays reach a common point on the screen. The number of wavelengths in length LL is N2N_2 for Ray 2 and N1N_1 for Ray 1. In the following table, values of N1N_1 and N2N_2 are given for all four situations. ![](https://storage.googleapis.com/diraq-contents/PROD/homework-question-parsing/marker/20260402T094256Z/3b1a820ccf7149f49f12780c4f56c121/d3294dc879b451b369c0b06f42e9b39f_img.jpg)
