Problem

Context: Sources of systematic uncertainty can be present due to the phenomenon, detector, or measurement method. The selection of the nominal lifetime value involved choosing ranges for every variable. By changing the values of upper cuts (or lower cuts) and obtaining more lifetime determinations, you can study variations that give estimates of systematic effects in the D⁰ lifetime determination method. Task: 3.1 Investigate the systematic uncertainties on the D⁰ lifetime for every available dependent variable. Use the defined range of each variable to perform additional measurements and extract a value for the systematic uncertainty. Note: Each source of uncertainty will be graded separately.
