Problem

For Problem 5.17, show (as in Problem 1) that the Green function is G(t,t′)={0,0<t<t′,(1/a)sinh⁡a(t−t′),0<t′<t.G(t,t') = \begin{cases} 0, & 0 < t < t', \\ (1/a)\sinh a(t-t'), & 0 < t' < t. \end{cases} Thus write the solution of Problem 5.17 as an integral [similar to (8.6)] and evaluate it.
