Problem

Consider a terrestrial planet which orbits its maternal solar-type star in such a way, that we can neglect other bodies in the universe and the eccentricity the of planet's orbit is e=0.1500e = 0.1500. Determine the ratio vp/vav_p/v_a of the speed of the planet at periapsis vpv_p (the nearest point to the star) to the speed at apoapsis vav_a (the farthest point from the star).
