Problem

Suppose PP is Lebesgue measure on [0,1][0,1]. Give an example of two disjoint Borel subsets AA and BB of [0,1][0,1] such that P(A)=P(B)=12P(A) = P(B) = \frac{1}{2}, [0,12][0, \frac{1}{2}] and AA are independent, and [0,12][0, \frac{1}{2}] and BB are independent.
