Problem

A vertical capillary of radius r and height h is connected to a wide vessel with a tube at the bottom of the vessel. How does the difference of liquid levels in the vessel and capillary depend on the height x of the liquid level in the vessel? At what value of x will the liquid start pouring out of the capillary? The surface tension of the liquid σ\sigma, its density ρ\rho. The liquid is completely wetting the capillary.
