Problem

Prove that if pp is a polynomial on R\mathbf{R} with complex coefficients and f:R→Cf: \mathbf{R} \to \mathbf{C} is defined by f(x)=p(x)e−πx2f(x) = p(x)e^{-\pi x^2}, then there exists a polynomial qq on R\mathbf{R} with complex coefficients such that deg⁡q=deg⁡p\deg q = \deg p and f^(t)=q(t)e−πt2\hat{f}(t) = q(t)e^{-\pi t^2} for all t∈Rt \in \mathbf{R}.
