Problem

1 m³ of hydrogen at 0°C is located in a cylindrical vessel closed from above by an easily sliding piston with a mass of 1 ton and a cross-section of 0.5 m². The atmospheric pressure is 973 hPa. How much heat will it take to heat hydrogen to 300°C? Find the change in its internal energy.
