Problem

An open water tank stands on a horizontal ground. Water flows out from a small hole located 2 m2\,\text{m} below the water surface. If the total height of the water column is 10 m10\,\text{m}, calculate the horizontal distance (range) from the base of the tank to the point where the water stream hits the ground. Take g=10 m/s2g = 10\,\text{m/s}^{2}.
