During four successive one-second intervals, a toy car moving in a straight line covers 2m, 6m, 10m and 14m respectively. The car starts counting time from t=0 at the beginning of the first interval. Using this information, answer the following:
a. (i) Prepare a table showing the cumulative distance travelled at the end of each second.
b. (ii) Draw a distance–time graph for the motion for the first 4s.
c. (iii) From your data, estimate the average speed during each one-second interval and plot an approximate velocity–time graph for the 4s.
d. (iv) State, with reasons based on your graphs, whether the toy car is moving with uniform acceleration.
