Problem

Vašek calibrated his tachometer so that it would show the exact velocity of his car based on the rotation speed of the wheels. However, his tyres are worn and their radius is 35.7 cm, so he replaces them by new ones with 4 mm larger radius, but forgets to recalibrate the tachometer. How much (in km·h⁻¹) does his real velocity differ from the velocity displayed on the tachometer, which is 50 km·h⁻¹?
