Problem

Let G1G_1 and G2G_2 be groups, and let H1H_1 and H2H_2 be normal subgroups of G1G_1 and G2G_2 respectively. Let ϕ:G1→G2\phi : G_1 \to G_2 be a homomorphism. Show that ϕ\phi induces a homomorphism ϕˉ:(G1/H1)→(G2/H2)\bar{\phi} : (G_1/H_1) \to (G_2/H_2) if ϕ(H1)⊂H2\phi(H_1) \subset H_2.
