Problem

A polynomial is defined as G(x)=m(3x−2)G(x)=m(3x - 2), where mm is a non-zero real constant. a. (i) Find the zero of G(x)G(x) in terms of mm. b. (ii) Explain why the zero found in part (i) is independent of the value of mm. c. (iii) If the line y=G(x)y = G(x) passes through the point (0,6)(0, 6), determine the value of mm and, for this value, write the coordinates of both the xx-intercept and the yy-intercept of the line.
