Three simple pendulums P, Q and R are set up in the same laboratory (identical local value of g).
a. (i) Pendulum P has length 0.90m and time period TP. Pendulum Q has a time period 20% greater than P. Calculate the length of Q.
b. (ii) Pendulum R oscillates with a frequency 1.5 times that of Q. Determine the length of R.
c. (iii) Hence obtain the ratios LP:LQ:LR and TP:TQ:TR, expressing each ratio in its simplest integer form.
