Problem

a) Show that ∫ddq qμf(q2)=0,(14.52)\int d^d q\, q^\mu f(q^2) = 0 , \tag{14.52} ∫ddq qμqνf(q2)=C2 gμν∫ddq q2f(q2),(14.53)\int d^d q\, q^\mu q^\nu f(q^2) = C_2\, g^{\mu\nu} \int d^d q\, q^2 f(q^2) , \tag{14.53} and evaluate the constant C2C_2 in terms of dd. Hint: use Lorentz symmetry to argue for the general structure, and evaluate C2C_2 by contracting with gμνg_{\mu\nu}. b) Similarly evaluate ∫ddq qμqνqρqσf(q2)\int d^d q\, q^\mu q^\nu q^\rho q^\sigma f(q^2).
