Problem

Suppose that VV is finite-dimensional and S,T∈L(V,W)S, T \in \mathcal{L}(V, W). Prove that range⁡S=range⁡T\operatorname{range} S = \operatorname{range} T if and only if there exists an invertible E∈L(V)E \in \mathcal{L}(V) such that S=TES = TE.
