Problem

Suppose f:R→Rf : \mathbb{R} \to \mathbb{R} is a function such that ∣f(x)−f(y)∣≤∣x−y∣2\bigl|f(x) - f(y)\bigr| \leq \bigl|x - y\bigr|^2 for all xx and yy. Show that f(x)=Cf(x) = C for some constant CC. Hint: Show that ff is differentiable at all points and compute the derivative.
