Problem

Suppose (X,S)(X, \mathcal{S}) and (Y,T)(Y, \mathcal{T}) are measurable spaces. Prove that if f:X→Rf: X \to \mathbf{R} is S\mathcal{S}-measurable and g:Y→Rg: Y \to \mathbf{R} is T\mathcal{T}-measurable and h:X×Y→Rh: X \times Y \to \mathbf{R} is defined by h(x,y)=f(x)g(y)h(x, y) = f(x)g(y), then hh is (S⊗T)(\mathcal{S} \otimes \mathcal{T})-measurable.
