Problem

A tennis player hits a ball ' AA ' from ground level with speed 20 m/s20\,\text{m/s} at an angle of 30∘30^{\circ}. At the same instant, her doubles partner hits ball ' BB ' from a point 15 m15\,\text{m} ahead (in the same direction) with speed 15 m/s15\,\text{m/s} at an angle of 150∘150^{\circ} (measured from the same positive xx -axis, i.e., 30∘30^{\circ} backwards). Find the minimum distance between the two balls and the coordinates of ball A at the instant when this minimum distance occurs. (Use g=10 m/s2g=10\,\text{m/s}^{2}).
