Problem

Suppose that AA is an m×nm \times n matrix. Define the linear transformation TT by T:Cn→Cm,T(x)=AxT: \mathbb{C}^n \to \mathbb{C}^m, \quad T(\mathbf{x}) = A\mathbf{x} Prove that the range of TT equals the column space of AA, R(T)=C(A)\mathcal{R}(T) = \mathcal{C}(A).
