Problem

A particle's velocity and acceleration both point in the xx direction, with magnitudes vv and v˙\dot{v}, respectively (as measured in the lab frame). In the spirit of the example in Section 13.5.2, find the 3-acceleration and 4-acceleration in both the lab frame and the instantaneous inertial frame of the particle. Verify that the 3-accelerations are related according to Eq. (13.26).
