Problem

The source of silver atoms creates a narrow ribbon beam that falls on the inner surface of a stationary cylinder of radius R = 30 cm and forms a spot on it. The device starts to rotate with an angular velocity ω\omega = 100π\pi rad/s. Determine the velocity of the silver atoms if the spot has deviated by an angle of φ\varphi = 0.314 rad from its original position.
