Problem

Suppose T1,T2∈L(V)T_1, T_2 \in \mathcal{L}(V). Prove that T1T_1 and T2T_2 have the same singular values if and only if there exist unitary operators S1,S2∈L(V)S_1, S_2 \in \mathcal{L}(V) such that T1=S1T2S2T_1 = S_1 T_2 S_2.
