Problem

A spherical capacitor has inner radius a=5.0  cma = 5.0\;\text{cm} and outer radius b=10  cmb = 10\;\text{cm}. The space between is half-filled with a dielectric of permittivity κ=4.0\kappa = 4.0 (one hemisphere dielectric, one hemisphere vacuum). Find the capacitance.
