Problem

A ray of light traveling in air strikes a glass slab of thickness 0.1 m0.1\,\text{m} at an angle of incidence of 60∘60^{\circ}. The refractive index of the glass is 3\sqrt{3}. Determine the time taken by the light to cross the slab and emerge from the other side. (Take speed of light in vacuum c=3×108 m/sc = 3 \times 10^{8}\,\text{m/s}).
