Problem

For a particular design, the volume in cubic centimeters of a solid with rectangular cross sections is modeled by V(t)=t2(10−t),0<t<10,V(t)=t^{2}(10-t), \qquad 0<t<10, where tt is an adjustable length in centimeters. Determine the value of tt that produces the maximum volume and state that maximum volume.
