Problem

Let B\mathcal{B} denote the σ\sigma-algebra of Borel subsets of R\mathbf{R}. Show that there exists a set E⊆R×RE \subseteq \mathbf{R} \times \mathbf{R} such that [E]a∈B[E]_a \in \mathcal{B} and [E]a∈B[E]^a \in \mathcal{B} for every a∈Ra \in \mathbf{R}, but E∉B⊗BE \notin \mathcal{B} \otimes \mathcal{B}.
