a. The formula for the transformation of the E and B fields when they move at the speed β\beta c has the following form: E′⃗\vec{E'} = E∥⃗\vec{E_\parallel} + γ\gamma(E⊥⃗\vec{E_\perp} - [β⃗\vec{\beta} ×\times B⊥⃗\vec{B_\perp}]), B′⃗\vec{B'} = B∥⃗\vec{B_\parallel} + γ\gamma(B⊥⃗\vec{B_\perp} + (β⃗\vec{\beta} ×\times E⊥⃗\vec{E_\perp}]), γ\gamma = 11−β2\frac{1}{\sqrt{1-\beta^2}}, where E′⃗\vec{E'} and B′⃗\vec{B'} are the electric and magnetic fields in the drift; E∥⃗\vec{E_\parallel}, E⊥⃗\vec{E_\perp} and B∥⃗\vec{B_\parallel}, B⊥⃗\vec{B_\perp} — components electric and magnetic fields fields, parallel services and perpendicular lines −cβ⃗-c\vec{\beta} in the initial system. The movement of the E′⃗\vec{E'} and B′⃗\vec{B'} fields at a speed of −cβ⃗-c\vec{\beta} returns the previous state. Check it out. b.
