Problem

Two identical large tanks, AA and BB, are filled with water to the same height HH. Tank AA is open to the atmosphere, while Tank BB is sealed with air at pressure 1.5Patm1.5 P_{\text{atm}} above the water. Both have identical small holes at the bottom. Without calculating the exact values, determine the ratio of the efflux velocity of BB to AA if H=5 mH = 5\,\text{m} and PatmP_{\text{atm}} corresponds to 10 m10\,\text{m} of water column.
